Currently there seems to be a global change of minds in some people who would like to return back to a life where they know how to produce their own food, how to better use what nature has to offer and how it feels like to live together and complement each other instead of living apart. These philosophies are shared by the people who first builded themselves Tiny Houses. Living in a self-sufficient and sustainable way in a small house with just enough (and not more) space gives me a lot of joy and helps to reduce the human CO2 footprint on this earth.
In this workshop Barry who is building himself a self-sustainable Tiny House will give advices about living off-the grid and will guide the participants who will be challenged to draw their first sketches of their own Tiny House.

Lisa is a psychologist, yoga teacher, hula hoop teacher, immerses herself in all sorts of flow experiences and loves to discover new areas of creative self-development in this abstruse world. Go on a treasure hunt! Lisa believes in the healing power of productive inner expression and loves to offer spaces for all beings to express themselves and develop new ideas for self-expression. Her passion is to lead people more into their own responsibility, their own expression, their liveliness and playfulness. To discard patterns, fears, doubts of existence and to dare to show oneself authentically, to discover oneself anew in every moment.

1. Hula the Hoop – Find the magic (Beginner)
Come to Hula Hoop Wunderland and playfully discover the joy and flow of playing Hula Hoop. Step into the circle and find your flow!

We focus on finding consciousness and self-confidence in your body through movement. Playing with the Hula Hoop is not only magical to look at, but also brings you in touch with your inner being, your flow of life. The circle is a symbol for life, the endless dance. In many spiritual traditions, body turns are regarded as a means to connect with the divine, to enter into trance.

We playfully approach the Hula Hoop. The tricks are simple, but above all: magical! Come over and up, on to the Hula Hoop Wonderland.

Participants: All creatures welcome (All beings are welcome)! Contrary to gender stereotypes, hooping is becoming more and more popular with the male sex (and everything in between).

Material: I bring some Hula Hoops with me. If you have your own Hula Hoop: please bring it with you. As clothing I recommend comfortable or rather close-fitting things. Just how comfortable you feel!

2. Hula the Hoop – Sparkling Isolations (middle level)
Nothing to do with boring tricks! We rediscover the Hula Hoop playfully and light as a feather in improvisation. Step into the circle and find your flow!

We focus on finding consciousness and self-confidence in your body through movement. The play with the Hula Hoop is not only magical to look at, but also brings you into connection with your inner being, your flow of life. The circle is a symbol for life, the endless dance. In many spiritual traditions, body turns are regarded as a means to connect with the divine, to enter into trance.

We learn, connect, develop sparkling isolations on all levels and find our personal magic in dancing with the Hula Hoop.

3. Glitter Yoga
Glitter Yoga is Hatha Yoga, only completely different and yet the same: with glitter. Biodegradable, of course. In order to counteract the sometimes a little bit cramped “enlightenment existence” of yoga we bring a little glitter, magic and mischief into our yoga.

As spiritual revolutionaries we activate our self-healing processes and dive into our infinite vastness and our infinite peace. When the life energies flow unhindered, mental and physical healing can take place. Immerse yourself in total (consciousness) being and let go of chaotic streams of thoughts!

Instead of greeting the sun, we greet the holy glittering God. We don’t take ourselves seriously anyway, spirituality arises in joy and is sometimes easier to find offside without searching.

Come in your most beautiful glitter outfit, fancy and wild, or in a fucked up sloppy outfit. Just the way you feel good. All creatures welcome!
